It was a good service and thankful for my care.
Only thing is everyone assumed I went by my dead name when I repeatedly said when introducing myself that the dead name was my legal name. I am transgender so those parts were uncomfortable.
Suggested improvements
Just get staff to confirm what it is you would like to be called, your pronouns and gender that you affirm with. In my case I am AFAB but I am actually a man but my sex still says female for legal reason.
